If we don’t have your favourite wine on our list, you’re welcome to bring your own for a small corkage fee.

Meet the A-Team

Bonamia is proudly owned and run by Justin and Theresia (Tess) Muller. Overseeing the entire operation is our dedicated general manager, Vuyo, supported by floor managers Martin, Sinethemba, and Stacey, who work together to ensure every guest enjoys exceptional service.

Our kitchen is led by Ryno and supported by a skilled team of around 11 staff, working across different shifts—some of whom have been part of the Bonamia family since we first opened in 2004. Our talented sushi team prepares fresh favourites daily, while our four barmen keep glasses full and spirits high.

On the floor, a team of 15 friendly and experienced waiters ensures every guest feels welcome. Altogether, our Bonamia family is made up of 41 dedicated staff, all working together to deliver the warm, quality experience our guests have come to know and love.
